1: Do you sell gift cards?

  • Gift cards are not offered at this time, but we will be implementing something in the near future.

2: Can I cancel my order?

  • Once an order is placed, it is processed promptly. Therefore, we are unable to interfere with the order once it has been completed.

3: What do I do if my order has the wrong address?

4: What delivery options do you have?

  • Currently, we only ship domestically in the US via USPS. Overnight, and international shipping aren’t available at this time. Local delivery in Austin, Texas is available for a small fee.
5: What days do you ship?
  • Orders are shipped every Friday.
6: How long will my package take to arrive?
  • Orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days.
    *While we do our best to meet the allotted time frames, busy periods may be cause for changes, and deliveries could take longer.
    In certain situations, including, but not exclusive to: poor weather conditions, local postal delays, and tech updates may result in delayed delivery. Please be sure to check your tracking for changes and updates.
